警方說，已禁止有團體提出，今天舉行公眾活動，留意到有人在網上社交平台宣傳及呼籲，調查後懷疑案件與鄒幸彤有關，將她拘捕作進一步調查。
警方又說，鄒幸彤涉嫌宣傳及呼籲他人參與已被禁止的六四集會，取得律政司意見後，落案起訴她「煽惑他人明知而參與未經批准集結」罪行，周五在西九龍裁判法院應訊。
