涉及的是街市20至21號檔戶，中心發言人說，透過食物監測計劃，抽取該樣本作檢測，結果顯示樣本每公斤含零點六微克的氯霉素。
根據法例，在本港出售供人食用的魚，包括介貝類水產動物，不可含有氯霉素，違例者一經定罪，可處罰款5萬元及監禁6個月。
