發展局局長甯漢豪表示，對於全年土地供應能否達標，感到審慎樂觀；又指季度之間的供應出現波幅並不出奇，強調土地來源要多，政府一定主導土地供應，不會單一聚焦賣地，會顧及多方面供應來源。
她又認為，香港始終有「不時之需」，要繼續找多些地，政府不能停留於已推出計劃，會繼續檢視其他增加供應方法，包括檢討綠化用地等。
甯漢豪提到，舊區重建亦是今屆政府希望推動的工作，本港有很多舊樓，10年間可增加5千多幢50年樓齡或以上樓宇，是時候在這方面加大力度，有待有關政策成熟時再交代細節。
