宣誓被質疑拒回覆　姚鈞豪被取消大埔區議員議席

大埔區區議員姚鈞豪在社交平台表示，收到政府信件，其議席資格被取消。本台向當局查詢，民政事務局確認有向姚鈞豪發出相關信件。

姚鈞豪去年因非法集結罪成被判囚，他早前表示，其宣誓儀式延至上周三舉行，當局其後向他發信，質疑他擔任區議員期間曾作出可被視為不符合擁護《基本法》、效忠特區的法定要求的行為，要求他回覆，但姚鈞豪說不會回覆。
