昨日11名跨境司機核酸檢測呈初陽已通知衞生署跟進

運輸署昨日在口岸為跨境貨車司機進行2324次快速核酸檢測，當中發現11宗初步陽性檢測個案，運輸署已將個案通知衞生署以作跟進。

為減低疫情外溢風險，運輸署2月底起在各陸路口岸安排專人為跨境貨車司機進行快速抗原測試，測試結果呈陰性的司機才可進入內地。為進一步提高檢測準確性，運輸署已在口岸改用快速核酸檢測。由4月21日起，快速核酸檢測更進一步改以鼻咽拭子收集檢測樣本。
