八卦山隧道車速開63遭罰3千 警：該駕駛行駛內側

彰化一位呂先生開車行經八卦山隧道，當時車速63公里，未低於最低限速60公里，但事後卻遭警方開了一張3千元罰單，原因竟是車速過低，讓呂先生相當錯愕。警方解釋，呂先生因為行駛在內側車道，必須維持最高限速行駛，車速少於最高限速10公里就會觸法。
