健保部分負擔將有重大變革。衛福部昨天傍晚預告，健保部分負擔調整草案，原本免部分負擔的慢箋、檢驗檢查都將收費，慢箋首次調劑將比照藥品收費，但第二、三次則免收。另外急診也調整為輕症跑大醫院最高可收800元，如果再加上掛號費應破千元。新規定最快今年上半年實施，預估一年可挹注健保107.3億元。
