求診者需先行網上預約，診金200元，7天藥物300元，若症狀嚴重將會經醫生診斷或需到公院跟進。
根據醫院的網上系統，只接受成年輕症確診者預約，亦需要提供在衞生防護中心快速抗原測試陽性結果人士或新冠病毒病人網上申報的個案編號。
基於現時救護車服務已嚴重超出負荷，未及將確診病人送往公立醫院，浸會醫院亦已用9成以上隔離病房，治療新冠確診病人。
