台義跨海爭奪監護權 8歲女童寫信向蔡英文陳情

台灣一名詹姓女子與義大利男子跨海爭奪女兒，台北地院在今年一月裁定，由男方單獨行使女兒親權，全案仍可抗告。不過因男方先前聲請「暫時處分」，法官裁定本案確定前，男方可帶女童到義大利同住，訂3月14日交付子女。目前詹姓女子已經提抗告，而8歲的小女童則是寫親筆信，向蔡總統與法官陳情，表示「想留在台灣」。
