高雄港疫情在1月中旬延燒後，重創旗津的經濟。為了加快振興，市府今天宣布振興方案，在8月底之前，規劃每個星期都會有活動，而且在3月11日到4月5日期間，民眾搭渡輪或者是跟著旅行社遊覽車前往旗津旅遊，就可以獲得100元的「旗津券」，如果是在當地住宿，還會再加碼。至於設籍在旗津的民眾，可以直接領取300元。與此同時，去年受疫情重創的桃園市，也祭出2000萬預算，和旅行業合作，推出系列遊程，希望能搶攻最後一波5倍券和國旅券，提振觀光。
