仁濟醫院一名79歲外科男病人，獲安排上午入院進行大腸內窺鏡檢查，其後病人入院篩查的樣本初步呈陽性，現時於隔離病房接受治理。兩名醫護人員及一名病人初步被列作密切接觸者。
院方說，一名負責內窺鏡檢查的外科醫生因未有佩戴護目裝備，及一名護士在病人留取深喉唾液樣本時未及戴上護目裝備，而初步被列為密切接觸者。另外一名曾與相關病人身處同一房間的病人，亦被初步列為密切接觸者。
院方表示，有關病房已暫停接收新症，會安排病房內其他病人及職員檢測，並會徹底清潔有關範圍。
