林靜儀中二選區勝選 學者：地方派系勢力出現瓶頸

台中二選區補選由民進黨林靜儀勝出，這次投票更創新高，突破5成5。學者分析是受到陳柏惟罷免案的危機感影響，紛紛返鄉投票，也代表地方派系勢力受挫出現瓶頸。另外，罷昶案沒有通過，也顯示大家對接連的罷免感到疲乏，未來林昶佐是否加入民進黨，將會影響接下來的選舉佈局。
