獅子山籍貨輪疑撞不明物 7船員於彰化外海獲救

船身往左傾斜在海上載浮載沉，大浪持續拍打船體讓情況雪上加霜，海巡艦艇接到通報趕緊前往救人。船體傾斜越來越嚴重，晚間已經達到25度，就怕情況越來越糟。海巡隊員嘗試靠近這艘貨輪，想將船員接駁上來，但東北季風強勁成為救援最大考驗。事情發生在28日，這艘獅子山共和國籍的貨輪幸運號，疑似撞擊不明物體導致船艙浸水，在彰化外海發出求訊信號。海巡隊員出動救援，將7名外籍船員接駁回台中港，船員飽受驚嚇，所幸沒有受傷
