「為什麼非要等到生重病，甚至讓更嚴重的後果發生？」許多俄羅斯民眾不願接種疫苗，讓總統蒲亭相當不悅，他說連身邊親友承諾要去打疫苗，也只是嘴巴說說而已。莫斯科居民艾格爾表示，當然不要打疫苗，「因為我們不知道疫苗裡面是什麼。」繼總統蒲亭下令10月30日至11月7日全國工作場所關閉後，莫斯科當局也宣布28日起封城11天，所有非關食品的商店、健身房、電影院以及休閒娛樂場所等關閉，餐廳只能外帶，學校、幼兒園均
